Sleep in the 4th trimester

A workshop to help you understand sleep in the 4th trimester. Sleep is such a crucial part of parenting in the early years, yet parents are given so little information about it before their baby arrives. This workshop will cover what you can expect when it comes to baby sleep in the early months, key basics around the science of infant sleep, how feeding can support sleep as well as how to build in some really gentle but solid sleep foundations to support your little one and their sleep.

Come and join us for coffee, cake, baby cuddles and lots of sleep chat!

We are excited to announce our next event taking place Tuesday 20th February, 10am - 12noon at The Barn cafe at Whirlow farm, Sheffield.

Join us for the morning to feel nurtured, relaxed and connected with other mums and early years professionals as we share the journey of motherhood together.

As you enjoy a warm drink and tasty treats, you can listen to two short talks - I will be talking about infant sleep and we are joined by the amazing Katie who runs local 'Bloom baby classes' talking about infant bonding and the link between music & multisensory play and development.  This will be followed by a relaxed drop-in clinic where you can 'ask the professionals' for some bite sized advice on a range of topics. Helen, Hannah & Katie all work with families in the early years of parenting. They have a heart to see mums thriving in parenthood - connecting with other mums, feeling nurtured and being provided with clear, simple & expert information on topics such as sleep, mental health, play and early years development.

There’ll be an opportunity to learn a new skill making a natural body scrub as you chat to other mums around you, creating something unique to take home with you.

Explore our expertly curated nature inspired play area, with treasure baskets, homemade resources and sensory opportunities for your little ones, made especially for pre-walking babies development.

(Ticket is for one adult and your little one - it includes one hot drink and food item from a selection of cakes, pastries and granola pots available to choose on the day).
