How I work
I know from personal experience, that broken sleep can cause anxiety and despair, taking a toll on the whole family. My aim at dusk to dawn sleep is to ease this anxiety for you, and instead to give you hope that change is possible, so that you can embrace these early years of parenting. Whether you feel anxious every time you put your little one to bed, you feel worn down by broken sleep or you clock watch during nap time, I want to equip parents with knowledge and reassurance, giving you confidence to make changes to your sleep situation. My heart is for you to thrive in the early years of parenting, not just survive and for parenting to have more moments of joy – and I believe that getting good sleep is fundamental to this.

My approach
Sleep can be a really divisive topic among parents, and there is a huge amount of information out there about which approaches are ‘right’ and which are ‘wrong’. The truth of the matter is that only you will know what is the best approach for you and your little one.
I have received the highest level of training and accreditation from The Parent and Baby Coach Sleep school. My training has enabled me to understand sleep on a holistic level. When I work with you to improve your baby or toddler’s sleep, we will look at the whole picture – how your little one sleeps, eats, their temperament & behaviour and so much more. This helps me to really unpick what might be going on for them, in order to make personalised suggested improvements.
As a sleep coach, my role is to work alongside you. I will support you in agreeing your goals, which will be totally unique to you, your parenting style and your little one – there is no one size fits all. I will work with you in understanding your current sleep situation and, in a non-judgemental way, guide you through the different sleep approaches available to you, then support you whist you implement those changes.
